7 Orders
7.1 Visit our order process to understand how to place orders on Shine-buy.
7.2 You must register an account to proceed with the next steps. Your purchases and order history can be found in the "My Orders" section of the account center. By clicking the relevant "Checkout," "Pay Now," and "Continue" buttons related to services, you express your willingness to purchase products provided by the services and accept our terms. Your order will be sent to you for confirmation via email.
7.3 If you discover an error in your order after completing payment, contact our customer service immediately.

8 Stocking and Shipping
8.1 Normally, your order requires 1-5 days of stocking time, depending on the quantity of products purchased. Failure to ship within five days does not imply a claim right. For orders that cannot be shipped within the stocking period (1-5 days), we will negotiate with you for resolution.

8.4 Any legitimate claims arising from loss or damage during carrier delivery must be submitted to customer service within fourteen (14) days of receiving or should have received the goods. If we determine the claim is valid, we will refund your payment and shipping fees at our discretion.
8.5 Delays in parcel delivery due to carrier reasons or deferred delivery due to your failure to sign within the expected timeframe are not the responsibility of Shine-buy.

9 Returns
9.1 In principle, returns are not accepted for non-product quality issues (price fluctuations, quantity issues, or other subjective reasons).
9.2 For product quality issues (wrong color/size, color difference, poor quality), please file a return request in the website's personal center. Provide evidence proving product quality issues, such as comparison pictures between actual and website images, unboxing videos, etc. We will process your return based on the actual situation and refund the payment and shipping fees to your Shine-buy account or your original payment method, depending on your choice. In addition, any coupons or points used in the order will be refunded to your account and will not reset their expiration dates.
9.3 Returned goods must be unused or unwashed, and the original packaging must not be damaged. Customized and replacement products are not eligible for return, and you are responsible for the corresponding return shipping fees.
